Hi, suddenly i just feel like popping here to drop some updates.
Well, since i lost that 3 or 4kgs, i gained back about 1kg+. I guess some water weight and food weight that's in my body. I do pig out sometimes but i didn't gain back anything more.
I'm eating more vegetables. I am also eating some of the vegetables i never ever wanted to tried before. For example there's these 2 pieces of pickle? or i don't know what is it that's in a McDonald's Double Cheese Burger but i ate it all down today. Yea it's the first time i had McDonald's after i did the cleanse. Most of time if it's possible I'd cook my own food, i rather not eat outside.
When i thought of meat nowadays, i don't feel the urge to consume so much anymore and i even try to avoid or take in lesser if i can. One look at oily food makes me think twice or feel disgusted... Well, something that's really changed in me and I'm pretty happy with it.
It seemed so long ago after i ended my cleanse but surprisingly, it's only 27 days so far!! Feels like months, honestly!!

Post Cleanse Day 2
Omg i had bread today. 2 Hawaiian mini bun and a little bit of Doritos. I'm so guilty... BUT THEY TASTE SO GOOD!!
I prepared homemade sushi for dinner too. It's funnnn.
I used lots of Carrots, Cucumbers, Lettuces and little bit of eggs, crab sticks and tuna. I guess just a little bit of those won't kill. lol...
I ate quite a few pieces of sushi I'm not sure why i do not feel full. But my tummy is firm, unlike before the cleanse... I felt the difference. I think i lost some fats from my tummy.
So until today, i lost an inch off my chest, 2 inches off my waist, an inch off my hip and an inch off my thighs! I lost 3kg, might be 4kg? The stupid scale... But I'm positive i lost 3kg!
I also realised something... I seems able to sing slightly higher with my voice now. LOL
Overall i feel good!
My body is not rid of all toxins yet that's for sure. I think that's why i am not able to attain glowing skin and shining hair nor a clear Pink tongue. My face have these little breakouts... I think my period is coming too cos i'm experiencing slight backache again. Most women experience early period than usual when they're on the cleanse. I might be one of them.
I think i will be back for another Cleanse in November or December.

Post Cleanse Day 1
So i ended my cleanse yesterday. My last day was a breeze. I was already thinking of preparing my Veggie Soup and drinking it. I was high spirited too.
For today, I skipped the Orange Juice and had Veggie Soup straight away. I never like Orange Juice anyway, haha...
My recipe for Veggie Soup:
Corns (Chop it) I never knew corns are so hard to chop!
Onions
Carrots
Potatoes
Tomatoes
White Cabbage
Mushrooms
Bean Sprouts
Tofu...
and Water
Salt (to taste)
Method:
1. Peel and chop everything that's needed to.
2. Start by boiling Water in a big Wok? or whatever you call it.
3. When water starts to boil, add in Corns and Carrots and the stem part of the White Cabbage (they took longer time to turn soft). These are some of the ingredients that are "Sweet" and they doesn't mushed up even after long time of boiling. At this point i added Onions too cos i think Onions have stronger taste and i prefer to eat them when i can't really see or eat them cos they became like thin and transparent after long boiling. lol
4. When you start smelling corns' fragrance and when Carrots turns soft, throw in Potatoes, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Tofu and the rest of White Cabbage. Keep boiling...
5. Test the softness of Potatoes. Keep boiling until Potatoes turned soft but before it turns too soft that when you touch it they disperse everywhere in the soup.
6. Throw in Bean Sprouts for quick boil if you like it crunchy. (Beware: The smell is really strong!)
7. Add in Salt and taste. You will realised just a little amount is enough cos the Soup itself is SWEET. Also, learn to enjoy the natural flavor of the vegetables.
Lastly, when my Soup is done, i realised i had more Vegetables that the soup itself. haha... By the way i took about a hour to finish cooking it. And is it Paradise in a Bowl?? Veggie Soup never taste so good before!!
Note: Prepare a big amount cos you get hungry easily by just eating the Veggie Soup. I had several bowls throughout. You can do leftover and have some for next day too. Just refrigerate the whole thing and boil it up the next day.
By right, you're not supposed to eat those Vegetables in the soup for your Day 1 after breaking the fast. I ate them anyway. I didn't experienced nauseousness or stomach upset so I'm fine with eating on first day of Post Cleanse. Everybody's body differs. I try to avoid meat however.

Master Cleanse Diaries - Day 17
It's the 1st day of my new job. Such a boring job omg... My manager wants to have lunch with me but i told her i can't eat. So we will be going to eat next week. I wonder can i find anything healthy to eat outside? You know how much MSG and salt and oil they use in foods out there... I don't wanna punish my freshly cleanse body by feeding it toxins again.
Now that i am on Day 17 i have started thinking about eating healthily, meaning more fruits and seeds and vegetables and less meat, salt and sugar. Might wanna cut down on bread too. I'm also learning to watch my calorie intake. I bought several packet of seeds and raisins and sugar free cookie. Can't wait to eat them!!!!
Lemonade for the breakfast is good too. But I'm craving for KFC's newly launched breakfast range!! lolll... I'm gonna use the lemonade as meal replacement whenever possible too. Especially dinner time.
Anyway a side note is i still left about 2 full bottle of maple syrup on Day 17!! That's amazing. I always thought i wouldn't have enough to even pass 14 days. However, I'm still disappointed that I'm not losing more weight (rapidly) cos that's my main purpose in doing this cleanse.
But i honestly feel good!
My mum says my face became smaller, and my ass and thighs shrink-ed. I can feel it myself from my jeans and shirts cos they're looser. I feel like keeping up with the cleanse for maybe another week to continue losing more weigh but my manager wants to eat with me and i think it's not nice to reject her twice... So most likely it will be my last day tomorrow.... i don't bear to though. oooh
I know it cos ulcers are starting to spawn in my mouth, it's a sign there's still toxins in my body and they're coming out!!

Master Cleanse Diaries - Day 15
On Day 13 night i made a decision to end the fast while lying on the bed at night. Reason being i wanna eat so much!! I made up my mind to start drinking Orange Juice the very next morning and Yong Tau Hu soup for lunch. I also dreamt of gorging fried dumplings without feeling guilty. LOL
So the next morning, while on our way to Silver Summit Asia, i told my brother i am going to break the fast. He points at me and said I'm a LOSER. A L.O.S.E.R.
Cos there's once i said to him i might be going for 28 days. He said i should finish what i started and blah blah blah so here i am on Day 15 and feeling good again. hahaha...
I realised it's actually an obstacle.. to break the fast cos i wanna eat. I think what happened to me that night was heavy and extreme cravings. Lucky i have my brother or else i wouldn't be here typing this entry today!
On the side note, I lost a total of 2kg? or 3kg so far. I really don't trust the scale. Once i step up it's this weigh another time i step up it's a pound less or more. So frustrating. However, i am able to fit into a pair of jeans i find it really tight 15 days ago! Clothing wise i am able to button a shirt that i can't button it up before. My tummy wasn't that bulgy anymore. haha... I think drinking more water helps. I increased my drinking water to more than 2 liters a day now.

Master Cleanse Diaries - Day 13
Was on the verge of giving up last night. I guess it was the toughest day of my cleanse so far. My swollen tongue turns out to be an ulcer i swear it's killing me. I can't talk cos the slightest movement i made triggers the pain. Even drinking water hurts like hell! I was lying quietly on the bed and wanna cry so badly. Not to say, the lemonade sucks when there's pain in my mouth, I'm so sick of it...
Also, not doing the SWF makes me feels really sluggish. That's not nice. I have to skip it again tomorrow cos I'm going to the Silver Summit Asia which is early morning and i don't think I'm able to get up earlier to get the SWF done.
I have been thinking about food all day long. I think about sandwiches and Char Kway Tiao that i had a hard time falling asleep these few days. Omg... But this morning, i woke up fresh again. My ulcer didn't hurt as badly like yesterday. I have this powdery medicine that helps ulcer but I'm not sure should i use it cos I'll be eating it all down anyway, so i chose not to use it. Ouch!
When I'm out to get more supplies of lemons today, i thought of getting limes cos somebody in the forum advised using limes when you're sick of lemons. So in NTUC, i saw the labels written AUST Big Limes $0.69/100g and i thought "Hey, that's cheap' and i took 6, went to the counter to weigh it and the scale displayed $4.95!! Wow, with this price i can get 15 lemons...
However, for today's lemonade i used 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and it taste not bad. At least, something new for my taste buds...
Anyway, i have started cutting the maple syrup from 2 tablespoons to 1-1.5 tablespoons and i drink about 5 glasses each day cos by the end of day when I'm sleepy, i still had another glass to go but i chose sleeping time instead. XD

Master Cleanse Diaries - Day 11
I went out for like 3 hours and spent a whole one hour walking around to explore the place and looking for a bus stop to go home. I felt like i almost died. First thing was the weather is to kill for..... Secondly, I had a glass of lemonade before i went out, I brought extra lemonade along too but i can't find a proper place to drink it. So I'm like really hungry and i though i can't walk anymore or pass out. Luckily i saw the MRT and reached home to drink the lemonade and lots of water...
My ulcer is not painful anymore and it's healing. But the swollen tongue is bad that i felt like biting it off. ARGH!
My face wise, i had these little breakouts.
My jaw hurts too. Could it be lack of Doritos... i need to bite something. hahaha
